Ye Skewers Hot Pot is providing the wonders of traditional Sichuanese skewer-style hotpot. Everything is prepared as a “bite size” on bamboo skewers, you can try over 100 items in one meal, starting from the house-special marinated meat wraps to seafood and vegetables, ready to be dipped in a simmering broth.

The concept of putting each ingredient on a skewer came from the idea of making hotpot interactive for diners. Unlike other hotpot styles, skewering allows customers to experiment with the individual items instead of ordering entire plates of the same thing, allowing customers to try a whole bunch of different menu items all at once!
At Ye Skewers Hot Pot, you can pick your own AYCE skewers of meats, seafood or veggies from our “Skewers Hall” – the display of the restaurant wide selection of skewers and dips.

We have a signature selection of hot pot soup bases. It includes rich buttery spicy soup base, where thirty secret ingredients are slowly fried for over ten hours in order to develop an unreal depth of flavor.

Only fresh and top-quality ingredients are selected at Ye Skewers Hot Pot. To ensure the authenticity, special chilies like the famous “wrangler mountain” and the crazy spicy weiyuanseven-star chilli are air-shipped from China, making Ye the ultimate spot to get an authentic taste of Sichuan in the city.

A wide selection of Ye's highest grade beefs includes almost every part of cow such as shanks, shoulders and so on. Each of them is marinated with over 26 special secret ingredients for the most unique flavour combination.
OUR STORY
As “Ye” is the Sichuanese for the term “bro” in English, Ye Skewers is filled with a chill, relaxed, friendly vibe.
This name was chosen by the owners, three Sichuanese friends, each of whom is master of a different aspect of Sichuan cuisine, in order to make this place feel like a friend’s home. For them, who have been living in Toronto for more than 15 years, Sichuanese skewer-style hot pot is a throwback to their childhoods in their hometown.
Nevertheless skewers hotpot is a classic specialty in their region, they wanted to make it approachable and fun for everyone here, in Toronto, whether diners have had it before or not.
